We had a wonderful first day in Paris. Jet lag is real but we are in love already.

Our hotel is gorgeous, the Prince De Galles. Our room has a balcony!

My friend Amy, from London, met us for a whirlwind tour of the historic center.

Delicious!
Au Petit Tonneau. Fantastic dinner.
Trey had escargot and LOVED them.
This meal was excellent. Chateaubriand with green peppercorn sauce for me and Parmesan crusted chicken for Trey. The potatoes dauphinois were the best au gratin potatoes we have ever had.

      1. The weather has been unseasonably cool which has been really nice. It’s rained a few times, but not enough to slow us down. And your AirPods are working great!

      1. It’s gone so fast! Today is our last day in Paris. Of course we are hoping to return!

    3. Lovely pictures! Everything looks delicious. The escargot look larger than I would have thought. Are the snails there huge? ? 🐌

      1. They are definitely bigger than expected! Do you remember having them somewhere when we were kids? They were maybe quarter-sized, shell and all. These shells are a little smaller than eggs.
